Jake was quick to respond to us. He is fair in his pricing and he is always on time and often early so very reliable. When he is working he is very attention to details but also a fast and clean worker. Each morning he would inform me of what his plan for the day was and what he hope to get accomplished, he would stay until he accomplished the days work. The tile I picked out would not work with the pin wheel design I selected. The 12 x 12 pieces were not consistent enough to work with our pattern. Jake went with me to explain to the store what the problem was and the flooring manager really appreciated Jake explaining it to him. When my wife and I picked our replacement tile I informed Jake what we picked and he took the time to confirm the tile we were looking at would work for the pin wheel design. Jake had to come back a few weeks later to install the new tile. He did a great job with installing the tiles. Everything looks very professionally installed. He is a fast worker who does great work! By the time Jake finished the project I felt I have known him for many years. He is very friendly and a very genuine guy. I would for sure hire Jake again for any tile work that I need done.

I found Jake through Craigslist, where I've had mixed results - mostly bad. Jake was a rare exception. He provided an estimate the same day, started the work the next day, showed up early every day and got the job done in time (tight deadline). He was punctual, professional in his communication, and did excellent work. I'm more than happy with Jake and plan to hire him soon for some additional stone/tile work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake for future jobs and plan on giving his information out to anyone looking for a 'tile guy'. Thanks again!

This is the second time myself an my wife have work with Jake, and he keeps on exceeded our expectations. His quality of work and attention to detail is second to none, so if you're looking for someone that goes above and beyond what you expect. Jake was on time daily and often early but asked before hand if that was okay with us. Was very clean with his work. Also before he got started our wall was not flush and he advised us for the best result we should try and level it up. Jake also advised us his daily plan on what he hoped to achive during the day. Only negative thing I can say is I ran out to get a few supplies for the project that wasn't factored into the price. But we are extremily happy with our tiled shower jake did a awesome job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Just finished 2020 sq ft. And hearing everybody always complimenting and saying how good it looks almost every 5 minutes and then having the owner of the company ask for me to come do a walk in shower at their own personal home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In this business and this particular field you get what you pay for especially if your looking for good quality work.
