What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't Nickel & Dime you for my design time. It's about getting your house plan the way you want it. Prices are based on house S.F. and house style (ie: 2 story, rambler, etc)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) The first meeting will be either at my house or yours (or your building Lot) to review your design ideas. I have an "Initial House Design Question Form" for you to take & fill out. This meeting typically takes about 1 1/2 hours. 2) I go to work starting the design of your custom house. First I'll send your the preliminary floor plan layouts. (to make sure everything is in the custom plan your looking for). 3) Once the floor plans are worked out to your liking, I'll go ahead with the exterior elevations and get that "curb appeal" look your going for. 4) We'll do plan reviews throughout the process until everything is exactly as you want it to be. (This is all don at no extra cost) **Hey! its your new house..... No designer should nickel and dime you to get the plans designed to your liking.
