Introduction: I went to The National Personal Training Institute Of Minnesota and am NASM (National Academy Of Sports Medicine) certified. I provide in-home training and am trained to come alongside persons of all levels of fitness, age, any health issues, weight loss/control concerns and will provide nutritional guidance. I am also TRX certified (suspension training). It is my joy and motivation to see you reach your fitness goals.
