I noticed frozen water on the curb in front of house on a Friday morning, called John Schmitz, he and his crew came out to assess the problem and fixed the water line the same day. They contacted the city inspector, he approved their work, we had very little down time without water. They did a great job inside our home with very little demolition to our basement floor, they had to cut some tile out, remove some cement, they replaced all that so looks like it did before the leak, very conscientious of our living space, very clean repair, no mess. The outdoor area, he filled the two holes in our yard, then came back the next day to add more fill (settling). All this done very quickly,and very professionally on a January winter day. I would highly recommend John Schmitz to anyone that needs water main repair/replacement.
