- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted by the client we will set-up an initial meeting to get an idea of what the customer is looking for and their budget. We will then set another meeting a week later and we will present the drawing, estimate and timeline for completion. Once all parties are happy a contract is signed with a down payment to reserve the crew and materials.

Bachelor of Sciences in Environmental Design from the University of Minnesota
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with everyone that wants a tree planted to the customer that wants an outdoor kitchen.
