Introduction: As a freelance singer, I have the opportunity to sing with and for extraordinarily different groups and events. I have had the pleasure of soloing for larger groups and events, such as the Rochester Pops Orchestra, the Rochester Symphony Orchestra, and Autumn Ridge Church's production of Handel's Messiah; as well as, church services, funerals, weddings, and smaller ensembles. I routinely select appropriate material for events and/or learn new music selected for me for different performances. Depending on the event and situation, I will direct rehearsals and explain stylistic changes to music that need to be made for the performance. I have experience performing with many different types of musicians and love the uniqueness and variety of each situation. My goal is to create beautiful musical moments!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formally studied singing for 12 years with specialists in the vocal field, as well as successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts in Music from St. Olaf College and a Master of Arts in Music at the University of Minnesota.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved singing and using this passion to help others achieve their musical vision for an event is a dream!

I have worked with all sorts of musicians and sung for many different kinds of events--including weddings, funerals, graduations, special church services, and orchestras.
