We have standard pricing for every trade we provide. We use what is called Xactimate which is a system which gives you fair market pricing based on where you live.

Having them call our past customers. Educate them on what needs to be done and provide them with quality service and work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of types of customers some are very detail oriented which is great because they normally recommend us to their friend or family. I have worked with people who have no idea what the process involves so i get to help the understand it.
