FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check out the market! Is money the bottom line? Are you strapped for time and need to fit the training into your company's spare time (if you have any). Ask our competitors about extra charges. We have none! Your training should be driven home by an experienced provider in the medical field that also has the diverse background in teaching! Just because they are in the medical field doesn't mean they are great or even good teachers. Ask why they have a training company in the first place. Make sure you are getting your training from someone that has "hands on" experience in the service that they are training! Have they actually understood what it feels like to make a 911 call for their own family? Have they dealt with the sorrow and grief from an actual event? Have they been on BOTH sides of a 911 call? What type of certifications do they have? Remember, just because an instructor is an nurse, EMT or another medical provider, doesn't mean they have actually dealt with these issues! Some instructors have NEVER touched a patient! How can they answer serious questions about feelings, thought process or what happens after an event if they've never been there? We have and we can!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We wish our customers knew how helpful our services are. We support our clients after the classroom education is over. If they need us to debrief their employees after an emergency event to answering a question from a student, we will always be there for them. Just because the class is over, doesnt' mean that our relationship in education is over! They get to link up with our web site and keep learning from our great informative blogs. Just more service from a great educational institution, American CPR & Safety!
