What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are Minnesota's authorized FieldTurf / EasyTurf dealer and installer, which means there is no middle man mark up on our turf. We also have the full backing of FieldTurf in being the states certified installer. Prices can vary depending on turf option, location, and job accessibility and logistics. We try to aggressively price our projects and try to be the best value for the money in the industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically do an in person visit to the project site where we can not only see the project in person to get a feel for it, but the customer can see our products up close and get a better sense of the process and what we do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner I graduated college from St. Cloud State University in 2004 with a degree in business management. I have over 25 years experience in the industry, and as a FieldTurf / EasyTurf authorized dealer & installer we attend regular seminars and training classes with FieldTurf to stay up to date on new products, technologies, and installation methods. We are also a certified Tech-Bloc Tech-Pro, and have the full backing from Techo-Bloc, one of the industry leader in hardscape products.
