Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with for selling and buying. We were able to sell our home for more than expected and found the perfect home to purchase. We saw a ton of houses while looking for the perfect one and it was rarely an issue trying to find time to do so with her. Our selling and buying process was not seamless, we had many issues (at no fault of Ashley's) and she remained calm, optimistic, and easily accessible the entire time. We actually had to go through the searching and purchasing process twice because the first home we were purchasing flooded the day before we were suppose to close. The sellers were less than helpful, so we had no choice but to walk away from the purchase even though we closed on our old home that same day. Ashley helped make sure we had somewhere to live in the interim and worked like crazy to help us find a new house as soon as possible. We were moving into our new house in just over a month. We have now used Twin City Homes for three home transactions- buying and selling our first home and purchasing our current home. I have referred them to several friends and family and all have been completely satisfied with their experiences. I would never consider using anybody else!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed Real Estate agent I have completed the 90 hour licensing course and passed the state and national test. I also complete at least 30 hours of Continuing Education on a bi-annual basis. I love to learn how I can better serve my clients so I am always seeking additional training and education.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Twin City Homes is a family owned and run business. I started when I was young answering phones, scheduling appointments and filing back before everything was so automated.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Being able to work with and serve a variety of clients is what keeps my days fun and interesting. I have helped many first time home buyers, move up buyers and even clients that were looking to build their next home.
