My name is Don, and below are a few things you may want to know about Allsafe's pricing and services. If I don't know I can provide a service that's unmatched by all but the best out there, I will refuse to offer that service until I can.
We offer the following services:
* Window Cleaning
I ask that you call for prices on windows. If we can't come to a clear quote through phone or Thumbtack messages, I will come and do a free estimate at your home or business. Customers through Thumbtack have said my prices are either competitive or well under other quotes from Thumbtack, even before my 15% off first-time customer discount. So please at least give me a chance to give you a quote and the outstanding quality service all my other customers have enjoyed. Thanks!
* Pressure Washing
I will need to do an on-site quote for almost all pressure washing services because all are unique. Square feet tells me little about what chemicals I need, and hauling my more than 300 chemicals around is impractical. This will probably save you money because my bid will be unique to your project and not just lumped into every other one. I am very competitive, and I will beat any estimate you have.
* Commercial Cleaning and General Cleaning
For commercial cleaning/janitorial contracts, I base my price on how many approximate hours it will take to complete and give you my estimate based on an in-depth, on-site survey I do personally. I take that survey back to my office and work out the numbers. In less than an hour I'll have the numbers and contract ready for your viewing. Allsafe is insured.
Perks include things like all entrance glass cleaned as needed and perimeter windows cleaned inside and out at a drastically discounted price with signed cleaning contracts of one year or more. Also, I pressure clean entrance area concrete or sides when needed or the entire building if you'd like. I do carpet cleaning, spot removal, dusting, bathroom and kitchen area cleaning and disinfection, HEPA vacuuming, chalk/presentation boards hanging for you, clock hanging, and bathroom deodorizer systems. I also do floor polishing from stripping and waxing to just refinishing. You name it; we do it!
* Tile and Grout Cleaning
My cleaning solution has no odor. It's designed to loosen and soften any soil in the grout or on the tile. Then it's blasted safely away by 1200 psi of pressure while being extracted with no mess left behind. With my clear view system, you can even watch it come through the hose to the extractor and to the dumping point with my automatic dumping system. Grime just doesn't stand a chance against this system. Sealer will be suggested to help keep the grout clean longer and make it easier for you to maintain. Are you unhappy with the color of your grout? Well then, I can change it up with permanent dyes into pretty much any color you choose.
* Carpet Cleaning
If you go to my Allsafe's home page on my website (through the link located on this page) and scroll down to ''Carpet Cleaning'' and click on the link, there are plenty of information on my carpet service including links to videos of my basic carpet cleaning system. For restoration services, I go even further than those videos show.
I don't do a lot of up-selling on carpet services like some companies will do. I will make no pressure suggestions with a brief explanation of the benefits. No means no. I also refuse to do any kind of bait and switch in any service I provide. I get fewer jobs because of it. Let's face it. If a customer gets a bid or coupon for $20 a room and I'm well over that, the customer will go for the cheapest price most of the time. In the end, you may be surprised by the bill when it hits $289.00 after stain removal is added or that hall that was included didn't include the L in it or any of the stains.
If you need more information, please search the Internet on bait and switch practices. Honestly, no one can stay in business for $20.00 a room or even $30.00. Supplies and gas are covered and the rest of any profit is in the up-selling and the switch. Take the time for a fixed estimate. I'll be happy to provide one for you.

My quality is unmatched, only because I really do care.
I provide fully insured professional window cleaning and pressure washing services, commercial cleaning/janitorial services, carpet extraction and restoration, pet stains/dander/scent removal and much more. I also provide floor care/polish/wax on all but wood and stone floors. I need more schooling on that type of flooring. In the future I may provide those services also. Also, my tile and grout cleaning services come with a very reasonable price. I do full-house washing and building washing on those that are eight stories or less and have over a dozen years of experience. Personally, I have cleaned over 1.8 million windows and over 1,000 houses/buildings washed.
I can do any window at any height including high rise, boom or swing stage and any equipment associated with the window cleaning trade. I provide a wide range of special services including deck washing, gutter restoration, hard surface cleaning (i.e. concrete, stucco, brick, etc.) hard water scale removal/window restoration and pressure washing of children's play items back to like-new condition. I also clean expensive master baths with delicate stone and glass block that need major or minor attention from soap residue and hard water stains. I don't mess with plumbing or electricity, sorry!
Watermarks or mineral deposits are not for the window cleaner claiming to be a pro. I am a pro, and I'll prove it with my knowledge of special chemicals only a seasoned commercial window cleaner knows about and knows how to use. That's important because that expensive window that is damaged by mineral deposits can be made clear; it just needs the correct procedures performed. I also do new construction cleaning of windows with unmatched quality, guaranteed!
