- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing system is simple and straight forward, no fairy dust here; your fee is based on the scope of services to be performed. We don't believe in client's paying a premium for low value work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Discover the problem and develop a solution. A new client typically didn't stumble upon their situation, they need an accountant. They may not need everything under the sun as it relates to an accountant but a short conversation would help figure out if there is a good fit or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have licensed CPAs, with college degrees in accounting, and many years of experience, including as an auditor for the Department of Revenue auditing small businesses.
