I have the pleasure of seeing an entrepreneur's dreams come to life. I love being able to work with clients that are "in it to win it", I understand the difficulties that small businesses face, especially with respect to cash flow concerns, I am a small business myself. But if one is going to take their business to the next level, making sure that aspects such as Employee vs Contractor concerns, Reasonable compensation for owners/officers, income, sales, and other taxes are being accounted for and paid by their due dates, along with retirement, health and other benefits being considered and handled correctly position the business to be able to go the distance and enhance the business's going concern value.
