- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a small diagnosis fee and up front pricing that is used to provide the most ethical way to homeowners. You don't need to worry that your neighbor received a better price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a request for service or advice. After spending time understanding the issue, I inform the homeowner that we can help and we can send out a tech for further analysis or I advise them where they can get the help they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have technical training and years of experience installing and servicing all brands of furnace and air conditioners. I have been in the industry for over 15 years in a manager position and owner helping homeowners and technicians.
