Jason did an excellent job installing 3 ceiling fans for me. He even disposed of the old ones! Quality job, communication was great, and he cleaned the work space perfectly. 5 stars definitely!

I originally called Shoreview when my furnace went out in February. Don came out quickly and explained the problem in a way I understood - and was personable. When it happened again a couple weeks later, he again came out quickly. Both visits were inexpensive. He made no effort to push a new system on me at any point. When I decided I was ready to purchase, he explained all of the details and walked me through exactly what he was seeing. He and the team came out and worked all day to install a new system (furnace and AC). They were punctual, very professional, and affordable. Communication was always simple and I got quick responses. They helped me understand the new system and made sure it was running smoothly before leaving. I appreciate their work and will be using them for all maintenance and HVAC repair needs going forward.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing. And currently only charge $49 for the trip out and diagnostic fee including labor. That’s $49 to have a master tech come to your home, investigate the problem, and tell you what they’ve found.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After quick introductions, we like to hear what the customers concerns are. We then explain what steps we will take next to rectify the issue. Before any work is performed, we will discuss options with the customer so that they can make an informed decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined over 50 years experience. EPA universal certification, NATE certification, licensed, bonded, and insured with the state. Well versed in many different trades.
