I originally called Shoreview when my furnace went out in February. Don came out quickly and explained the problem in a way I understood - and was personable. When it happened again a couple weeks later, he again came out quickly. Both visits were inexpensive. He made no effort to push a new system on me at any point. When I decided I was ready to purchase, he explained all of the details and walked me through exactly what he was seeing. He and the team came out and worked all day to install a new system (furnace and AC). They were punctual, very professional, and affordable. Communication was always simple and I got quick responses. They helped me understand the new system and made sure it was running smoothly before leaving. I appreciate their work and will be using them for all maintenance and HVAC repair needs going forward.

Jason did an excellent job for a reasonable cost upgrading the wiring in my home, adding an additional circuit breaker box and outlets to allow me to go from gas to electric and installing an electric heat pump water heater. Highly recommend

My furnace was blowing cool air during the winter storm. Both techs arrived in less than 30 minutes. They explained what they were going to do. After completing the tasks they reviewed the findings with me and answered my questions. Me & my family are in a warm cozy home. They did not try to add on additional fees & scare me into getting unnecessary repairs. This company exudes integrity. You don't experience this often. I would call them for all my future repairs.
