- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several services. Here are a few of our set prices: Flyer design is $150, Logo Design is $495, Book Cover Design is $695, and our popular EXtreme Web Design Packages (normally $795 and $1295) are All-Inclusive! They include CUSTOM design, FREE hosting and a FREE domain name for the first year. AND we include SEO AND set up of your social media pages. On top of all that, we have access to the top stock photos/illustrations on the planet to use for your projects!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it's web design or graphic design, we gather essential foundational information from the client before we start their project. We need to know their preferences for color, ideas or vision for the theme, and really get an understanding of the message they are sending, as well as who is the audience they are trying to reach - before we create any initial designs. We usually create more than one initial design for them to chose from. Then we work through changes until they LOVE their design!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 21+ years of starting and growing a successful business that now serves clients worldwide. We have degrees web graphic design and have mastered Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, etc... Our web sites are built with custom installs of WordPress and we utilize the millions of plugins created just for WordPress by programmers around the world. "Your website will be able to do almost anything... except the dishes!"
