- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On our website we have project estimators. Potential clients can answer a few questions and receive an estimated price range for projects like bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, and basement finishing projects. If a client's budget falls within the price range from our estimator, or if we don't have an estimator available for their specific project type, we encourage potential clients to reach out to us to schedule an in-person estimate. Offering custom work means each price is unique for each project based on our client's budget, wants, and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually involves the following steps: 1. Our first meeting is focused on discussing a client's ideas for their project and gathering information so we are able to send an initial quote. 2. If our estimate is within the client's budget and they want to move forward with us we set up a second meeting to create a detailed plan and start making selections. 3. After all the selections have been made and pricing has been gathered, we are able to provide a final estimate price and contract for the work. 4. Once the contract is signed, our work can begin!

We have worked with all different types of clients: First time homebuyers who want to create their perfect first home, families that have outgrown their current space and need to expand or improve the function of their home, people who have retired and want to remodel in order to stay in their home long-term and business owners who need to build out a new space or update their existing commercial space. We see every project is a fun and exciting challenge.
