I am a licensed general contractor. I have been in the construction business for about 20 years. I am an honest and reliable person. I understand time is money and when you spend your money with me, I know you are spending your time. I treat my customers as I want to be treated. There is no job too big or small. Most of my customers that I have encountered have valued and respected my work, as you know there are good and bad contractors so it is customers that don’t value your time and efforts. I work with the best of the best when it comes to all trades in the construction business. I try to speak the language of construction in a more simplistic way for better communication, always paying attention to the customer’s needs and expectations. Julio did a great job with our project. During our consult he peppered us with solid ideas on how to improve our kitchen and living space. He ultimately removed a non load-bearing wall to create an open concept, re-routed electrical, framed another small wall and completed drywall work. The project was completed well ahead of schedule and we’re extremely pleased with the finished product. Great work, Julio!

Julio,

Has completed multiple jobs for us! Some planned and some as a result of disaster. When disaster struck he came over as soon as he could to assess the issue!
He installed stairs to an attic so we could enjoy extra storage space!
He finished a laundry room counter so we could enjoy more space for folding.
A fireplace mantle on the fireplace was very small and unimpressive. He found reclaimed wood for us with three pricing options so we were able to pick the piece of wood that not only looked great but met with our budget restrictions. He installed the mantle and also found smaller reclaimed wood for shelves. Everything was stained to the color we requested and installed.
Lastly we had a shower leak through the kitchen ceiling ( the disaster) he fixed the tile leak, ensures the area was properly drying and mold free and once we were sure the problem was fixed repaired the kitchen ceiling. He is dependable.. He gets back to you when he says he will, agrees to changes in the job, listens, is personable, cleans up and great to have in our home. I would highly recommend!

Picture this. ...a flooded house, with endless tussle with the insurance company and a gloomy moldy smell , until I met Julio. From hard wood floor installation, plumbing in the bathroom, installing a storm door, refinishing partial basement from water damage to helping with other handy jobs that were not even part of the agreement, because he is s perfectionist. The best part of it all was his professionalism. He treated my home with respect and I am happy to come home again.

We found Julio and his team to be very knowledgeable as well as very responsive. He was able to fully understand our needs for drywall installation, muffing, taping and painting of our unfinished basement and within 3 hours of meeting him, we were able to get the contract signed to get the work started. He was also very open and accommodative to our suggestions for improvements along the way which we often find lacking with other agencies, Even though there were a few punctuality issues, we found him and his team to be very reliable. We are extremely happy with the work quality that was completed and would highly recommend him.
