- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge the lowest I can, with insurance and permitting and bonding, I have to keep my business out of the red and food on my family’s table. What I quote is what I charge! There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. I keep my word, even if it costs me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate! Communicate! Communicate! Really! I show up and we chat. That way I can learn what is most important to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is #1. I have a master’s license, which requires continuing education courses ever second year.
