- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality and experience I bring to each project. I offer clear, upfront rates with no hidden fees. While I don’t usually offer discounts, I do provide customized quotes based on the project’s needs. Also, if you’re reaching out through Thumbtack, keep in mind that they charge vendors a fee for every message sent—so serious inquiries are always appreciated
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I try to set up a brief phone introduction to get a good understanding of project, followed by image examples to visually lock in a mood.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography and lighting in college and have years of hands-on experience working in the field. Beyond that, I’ve learned a lot through real-world projects, collaborating with other creatives, and businesses constantly refining my craft on both photography and video productions
