- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by several factors -- what kind of entertainment the client wants, how many artists they want, how many hours they'll be there, where the event is located, and the date of the event. It's fluid and complicated, which is why we don't list pricing on the website. We work with our clients to get them the best entertainment we can to fit their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend classes and conventions to keep our skills sharp, and my team gets together for jams to share what we've learned with each other.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was our daughter's Girl Scout troop leader, and we were given an opportunity to raise money for our troop by painting faces as a festival. No other moms were interested, so that left me to do it. Turns out, I fell in love with it! Since my husband already knew how to twist balloons, it just turned into a business after friends started asking us to perform at birthday parties.
