Jake helped walked me through the process to get my roof and gutters fixed after a hailstorm. Even though I was not his only customer he always kept in touch and kept me up to date on the project. I would use AE and Jake again.

I highly recommend American Eagle Home Improvement. Very professional! Everything happened exactly as they said it would. I was impressed with the crew especially the point of contact Eric M. who is very professional and knowledgeable about the roof install and insurance claim process.Our roof and gutterinstall was finished in a timely manner once insurance approved the work and mailed the check. American Eagle Home Improvement had great communication throughout the process including live updates with photos the day of the roof install.I would work with American Eagle Home Improvement again.

The American Eagle crew was fantastic to work with. Micheal was a blessing in disguise dealing with our insurance agent(s), we went through 6 different insurance agents and Micheal was on top of everything. Crew came out did great work! We had a slight miss hap in some of the guard and shingle installation around our chimney. Found this out about two weeks after the roof was installed. Contacted Micheal he had the crew out 24 hours later. Mistakes happen and it shows big time when a company owns up to it and makes it right, would recommend AmericanEagle to anyone looking for roof or gutterinstallations. Thanks again from the Cahanes family!

We worked with Noah S. to replace our roof and gutters following last May's hail storm that came through Hudson. He met with the insurance adjuster and made sure everything that was damaged got reported. The work was done in a timely and organized fashion with great communication. Good people to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and special discounts for Thumbtack & Military customers!
$500 off gutter systems 100 feet or more.
$250 off roof repairs of $1500 or more.
$1000 off roof replacements of 2000 sq ft or more.
*some exclusions do apply, though it is pretty rare to see.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making contact and setting up an appointment, we will come out and take a look at the project you have. From there we can get all the information we need in order to give you the best options for repair, replacement, or just advice with what you might be facing. From there we will schedule a time to perform the work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only are we certified, we're a preferred installer for some of the top brands available in the Twin Cities area!
