- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made with a new customer, I like to engage in a phone interview to make sure that we both have the same expectations so there is no disappointment down the road. Once a conversation happens, if the client wants to pursue the project I try and get as much detail on the parameters of the job as possible so as to provide an accurate estimate and to get a true understanding of the work. Once an estimate is reviewed by the client, again, if they decide to go forward, I will show them a variety of ideas that could each make for an interesting solution to their needs. If there are revisions to any one those would be completed and finally selection of a direction would be arrived at and executed.
