- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every job is custom, estimates are set on a per-project basis. Once the requirements, inputs, and timelines have been discussed, an estimated price range will be provided for your unique project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gathering information on the company, project and their goals. Collect existing inputs (copy, photos, etc.) to check usability for the project. Set up a quote and a timeline for completion. Research on the business, industry, and competitors. Create the initial design proof (sometimes with variations depending on the project). Work through revisions with the client until the ideal output is created. I can provide only the design if you have printers you are currently using. Or I can provide an additional service, working through my network, and provide the final completed project. Either way, I can work directly with the printer to ensure they have exactly what they need for the best output.
