- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $13.00 per room for general cleaning with a minimum of 5 rooms.My customers can pick and choose the number of rooms each time and mix up which rooms. People's needs change and I want to be flexible! (For deep cleaning there is an hourly charge)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we talk on the phone, discuss the new job and then frequently we meet in person one time, but that is not always necessary. Day one, my customers show me around the house, pointing out what they would like me to do and what details they would like me attend to and away we go!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
People from all walks of life. You don't have to be rich to have a cleaning service! Most of my customers live modestly and love comfortable homes. Retired people, young professionals, home office workers and people with disabilities. But by far my biggest employer is pets! They are the single, biggest reason I get hired.
