- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is benchmarked directly in the middle of the market, we aren't the cheapest nor the most expensive. Hopefully that will save you some time in your research as we do intend to be the most convenient and caring cleaning service you'll run into and that alone is worth our rate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first we typically will interact for either a brief phone call to discuss the logistics of the work you're looking to have done in your cleaning, or you'll have easily booked through our website. A price will be stated, and that price will NOT change whatsoever so long as the job was near accurately stated. If we for example state we will charge you $217.80 you will be charged exactly for that amount not a penny more. We only charge your card after the job has been completed and approved by you. Our Cleaner(s) will arrive and do what they do best efficiently and thoroughly clean your home. Our cleaners all have had background checks and are vetted for verifiable home cleaning experience so no worries there. we are insured and are certain you'll receive a great service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally am a six-sigma certified business operator that has over 10 years of experience in the home service industry. I specialize in Business operations with knack for process optimization, and while I don't typically clean the home I do virtually everything else to ensure that your service is top notch.
