Well I did it! Somehow I had locked myself out of my house! Top Choice responded within 20-30 mins of my initial contact. Another company with no ratings responded immediately but their price was much higher. TopChoice gave me a reasonable quote and despatched Adam, who was friendly, polite and a pro with locks! He was here in about an hour. He worked quickly and efficiently. Once the door was open he told me the issue with the lock. I could leave it as is and just remember not to let it close all the way unless I had another way in or I could replace it. Absolutely zero pressure. It was just my choice so I did have him replace it with a new knob he had on hand. Again my choice and very reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again.
