- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not require payment upfront, however I do require payment before the files are released. I am happy to work with a client, if there are internal organizational rules that prevent immediate payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Custom Brand System (1 logo, up to 3 layouts): unlimited concepts, unlimited revisions, one complete file set, full ownership of the final design PAYMENT We do not require payment up front. Once you have chosen a logo and you are satisfied with the design, you will be sent a paypal or venmo invoice. Once that is paid, the complete file set will be released. CONSULTATION Before all projects we provide a free, no-obligation consultation. We will ask a variety of questions to understand your vision for the logo and details about the business. Consultations can be completed by phone or email. For interested clients located within the Twin Cities Metro area, in-person consultations are also available. CONCEPTS Using the information collected in the consultation, we will present 4 concepts for you on a locked page on our website Concepts will be posted within 72 hours of receiving the information from the consultation. The designs will be presented in low resolution files with a watermark. Our hope is that there is at least one concept that you like enough to begin revising. If not, additional concepts can be requested at no additional cost. REVISIONS Once the concepts have been presented, we will work together to revise your design. There is no limit to the number of revisions you can make. Our goal is to create a logo that you love and are completely satisfied with. Requested revisions will generally be completed within 24 hours. FILE SET Once you have approved a final design and payment has been completed, we will provide you with a complete file package which includes a complete logo presentation with font and color information and 1 logo design in up to 3 layouts, and includes the following 5 file types provided in various color schemes: - .AI (vector) - .EPS (vector) - .JPG (raster) - .PDF (vector) - .PNG (raster)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I generally like to work with small businesses and sole proprietors. Quality graphic design can be very expensive, but my goal is to provide those without a large budget, excellent work that doesn't break the bank.
