- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we meet, will not only be to get you in the gym but include an initial assessment where I can assess how you are moving, talk through what you are feeling as well as discuss your goals more in-depth so we can establish a plan for how we will go forward together. With the number #1 and #2 causes for injury being a history of previous injuries and asymmetrical movement, an assessment can provide us with insight into the compensation patterns leading to any reoccurring problems to address before we get you under a barbell. I am here to get you moving better in space, before trying to move more with a bar.
