What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Standard session fee is $175 The portrait session fee does not include prints or digital files. I also have some specialized packages that include both the session fee and specific products.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Start out with a free in home consultation where we discuss the desired final product and use of the images, location and wardrobe. On the day of the session we meet at the location of the shoot and have a fun hour of pictures. We will then meet once again to review the images and select the pictures that will be used in the final product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a programmer in the print industry for many years, so I have a good understanding of the final product from there I went on to manage several Photo studios for Lifetouch and also work with Firstday photo photographing newborn babies and families.
