Founder and Attorney John Meyer found his passion while deployed with the Minnesota Army National Guard in 2011. Working with unemployed soldiers before returning home, John worked hard to help those who wished to start their own businesses chart a path toward success. He carried that passion and focus from the sands of Kuwait and Iraq, through law school, into practice.

My prices are fair and my flat rate fees are always based on the needs of my clients and the type of work involved. If you ever have a question about the value of what I provide, I am happy to answer your questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to spend a short amount of time getting to know a new client - what they need, what they are worried about, and what I can do to help in any given situation. Then, we start the business side of the relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in political science and art history, and juris doctorate with a certificate in law and business.
