Castro filed a claim with my insurance but unfortunately it wasn't approved. Fortunately he was there every step of the way. Even when I had lost hope that they would approve it. He helped with the re-claim. The best part of it all besides the great energy and customer service from Castro, it was that I didn't have to deal with the insurance. I just want to say THANK YOU Castro for the new roof! It wouldn’t have been posible without him being there every step of the way! I would highly recommend him all the way.

Was very professional and explained everything very well from filing the claim with the insurance to picking up the last debris everything was better than expected above and beyond will definitely recommend tom my friends and family if they ever need a person in the roofing industry il be recommending Castro 10 STARS!!!!
