- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rate is established when the customer and the security firm decides on a pay rate for the officer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call for service, a face to face meeting to demonstrate the kind of equipment we utilize and allow the customer to meet some of our staff, discuss a practical schedule, previewing contract, contract signing, commencing service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I "the owner" started in the security field right after high school. Since then I have volunteered at the local fire department for over 9 years, and eventually becoming an EMT for 6 years on a volunteer basis. I then entered the police academy and graduated beginning my first job for the Waupaca County Sheriff's Office. Then I started working for another local sheriff's agency nearby full time. I ended my career as a chief of police for a local municipal police department after 10 years of service.
