I take pride in having at least 40 hours of continuing education each year in tax matters. I also make sure I take some training for Quickbooks software and accounting. I am a small company that will take the time to give you the best service at a reasonable price. The office is easy to find and we have off street parking for your convenience. Working with business owners and individuals - I am a people person and want to get to know you. I have been taxes for over 8 years and accounting/bookkeeping for 30+ years. The office is open year round to help you with any notices/issues that come up.

Char is an absolute blessing. When I called her she made time for me the very next day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a monthly flat fee instead of hourly fee. Tax returns are priced by schedule.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always give a free hour of consultation to figure out the needs of a new client and see if our personalities will mesh; trust is an extremely important part of working with a new professional.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent (equivalent to a CPA for tax issues) and I average 40 - 50 hours a year on continuing education through webinars, conferences, peer training. I am also a QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor - the highest level you can attain with Intuit for training.
