We don't often meet with our clients in-person. We are 100% cloud-based. We allow drop-ins, drop-offs, and an initial meet and greet. What I mean is that we don't work in front of our customers. An engagement from start to finish might look like this depending on the service you invite us to provide. Step 1: We will invite you to fill out a brief questionnaire prior to our call. We reserve our time for our current clients. In order to keep your appointment, we invite you to agree to our client duties and responsibilities policy. Step 2: During the appointment you will have time to ask all your questions learn about your process, and inquire about fees. At this stage we may request certain records. Together we will establish your duties and our duties via contract. Payments may be collected at this point. Step 3: Our team will draft an engagement letter. Together we will sign an engagement agreement for services and/or ongoing support for your needs. Retainer fees will be collected. Work will begin.
