- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is all circumstantial. No job is the same that is why we do free estimates. I like meeting with my customers so I know exactly what they want or any concerns they have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get the understanding of what the customers goals are, and I tell them what options suits them best.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
my dad has owned and still operates a successful tree service for over 30 years. I have done tree care since I was 13, during the summers, and full time after I graduated college.
