- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to work with the client in order to figure out what their vision is for their project. We have a flat hourly rate that is in place for different services we offer. With that said when the client asks for things that are out of scope we come to a fair upgrade cost agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly reinventing ourselves in order to stay current with the ever changing web and video services.
