- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is for a quick headshot to be used for social media sites such as LinkedIn. I do offer more options if you are looking for more than just a profile photo. Please feel free to reach out and ask about my other headshot packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to establish communication right away by responding as fast as I can, to the initial inquiry all the way through the end. I make sure to spell out exactly what I plan to provide and how much it will cost, and then if there are any questions after that, I make sure to answer them to put the customer at ease. I then show up at the agreed upon time and location and deliver what was discussed as quickly and efficiently as possible and with the highest quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Photography, so I am trained in all facets of photography. I use my education and experience everyday in all that I do with my photography services.
