Nick reached out immediately with information to get the process started. Mark came out to my house and was transparent with the work to be done and costs. We have an older house that’s finished with wood and they let us know that they can’t patch up the holes (because it’s a specific kind of material). I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and the walk through process. They would have been able to do the work, but filling those holes would have been an issue for us. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Correct Cabling for being helpful and respectful to our home by giving all the information before starting the process. You guys are awesome and if we have any other wiring to be done, I know who to contact!

I can't speak highly enough of Nick and the work he did with our home. We had a pretty complex project- cameras, ethernet to several locations, and had to work around some challenging architectural features. I was worried that we would end up with a lot of holes to patch and paint. Not so! Nick knew exactly how to get it done simply because he understood the way my house was constructed, better than I did. Along the way, we realized a few easy "addons" that would improve the project- cable ports for the other office, a couple extra wires- and thanks to his flexibility we got a lot of extra mileage. He also took extreme care to make sure we limited the footprint of our changes- minimal cleanup, working with existing ports and outlets, and using existing conduits and pathways. From my family's perspective, it's like numerous ethernet ports magically appeared in locations throughout the house. Having done some home projects myself I can appreciate how difficult this actually is to get right. He's the model handyman- if I could, I would want him to help me with every house project.

I talked to Nick over the phone several times. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped sort out what I needed done. Mark showed up during the scheduled time. He took time to talk through what I wanted done. He explained what he was going to do and got to work. It was sort of a tricky job but he managed to get things done in short order. He cleaned up everything from the wall cuts and I couldn’t even tell he was in my house after he left. Except for the amazing new wall plates he had installed. Will be returning for all my cabling needs in the future.

Nick did an incredible job with a very old and difficult house! The patch work after running cable up 3 floors is great and he made great recommendations for additional networking considerations as I get more settled into the new house. 10/10, will hire again.

We are specialists. We bring the best tools to the job for the best results. MN licensed and bonded- we bill hourly but we can bid large projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are big fan of the phone call survey. We've seen it all, so by answering a few questions we can come up with a close estimate sight unseen. If something is off, we'll let you know during the initial walkthrough, but we show up ready to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former cable guys who have wired thousands of homes, electrical and data project managers, ADT installation managers, and a MN licensed responsible Power Limited Technician are all part of our team. As a company we are licensed and bonded as a MN Technology Systems Contractor. We're the real deal!
