- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are specialists. We bring the best tools to the job for the best results. MN licensed and bonded- we bill hourly but we can bid large projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are big fan of the phone call survey. We've seen it all, so by answering a few questions we can come up with a close estimate sight unseen. If something is off, we'll let you know during the initial walkthrough, but we show up ready to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former cable guys who have wired thousands of homes, electrical and data project managers, ADT installation managers, and a MN licensed responsible Power Limited Technician are all part of our team. As a company we are licensed and bonded as a MN Technology Systems Contractor. We're the real deal!
