Karen is great! I didnt expect a response as fast as she was. After a short consultation she understood exactly what I had in mind and had a proof for me to review. I wanted a custom logo, not some template like the others showed me. After only one change it was perfect. Karen sent me several sizes with different backgrounds also. I did not expect that. Bonus!! My final copies were delivered promptly. I was so impressed that I introduced her to my partner and he hired her on the spot not even asking or worried what she charged. Karen did an outstanding job designing my log and preparing the business cards. She called me within minutes after I have submitted request for a quote. She listened and took notes of all my requests. When I saw the logo I was speechless. It was amazing! Her out-of-the-box approach while working on the cards was impressive. Karen is a true professional! I will definitely recommend her and continue working with her on all other projects I have in mind. P.S. She has suggested so many things that will be good for my business. I would never think of them without her!
