- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am Food Manager Certified, Serve Safe Certified & Noro Virus Certified in the State of Minnesota all of my certifications are current and can be shown to client. I am also CPR and First Aide Certified with the Minnesota Red Cross I carry my card with me.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking at the age of 11 for my family as my parents both worked. I got my scratch cooking skills from my mother and older sisters. I had a love for preparing food very young, it gives you a internal satisfaction. I 27 years in Restaurant Management & Chef Management refined the fine dining experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
CUPCAKES! I have quite a following in my area with my childrens friends & parents for Birthday Parties! DINNER PARTIES! I am very seasoned in parties and large gatherings.
