This review is late and I’m sorry Brendan.   
I contacted a few of the companies on Thumbtack and Time Bomb was first to answer with what I wanted to hear.   Brendan the owner came out to my new ( used ) house to introduce me to my new irrigation system.  I thought it was like 8 heads and 3 zones.    Brendan was here early and explained to me how things worked and what he saw but right from the time he looked at the control box and for the next couple of weeks things were not what I thought they were .   In the end a simple intro to my system turned into 5 long days of finding all of my system , its various pumps , hidden valve boxes , heads buried in rocks , rerouting my system.   In the end I believe it’s 20 heads with 5 zones , 2 pumps , and a new propped up control box that should be changed.   He never complained and I got to know him a little and he’s a hard working up and coming professional with a strong work ethic and a young family.  Hes one of the good guys and someone I was glad to pay ..  He was too fair with me in pricing even after coming back
each day and finding out this was 3 times the
Job I thought it was.   He even came back on a week-end to fix some heads that the city, pulling fiber optic, ran over my system ..  I absolutely would refer this guy to anyone .   He did a great job and was really the highlight of my summer 2024.

Transparency. We can either discuss the issue over the phone or in person. We locate the issue and discuss possible solutions for the problem. As well as any future issues down the road (dry areas, low spots, blocked heads, etc).
