What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet up, introduce myself and go over the project. Insure the project would be up to code and if previous contractor did something incorrect I would point out explain how it was done incorrect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this field since I was in high school working for different contractors.
