- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It isn't a complicated pricing system. Excessive revisions and starting over and over, may cost extra. Excessive revision is a case by case issue. Generally clients need about 2-4 revisions before they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of AIGA and EDPA (Exhibit Design Producers Association) I travel to conferences and AIGA offers a wealth of knowledge. I also pay attention to color forecasts as well as versing myself in classic designs that stand the test of time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In high school I took a graphic design course and fell in love with Photoshop. Every "What job should you be doing test", has always put me in a creative field category. Then through the years I fell in love with all kinds of design from furniture to booth exhibits for trade shows.
