Introduction: I have almost 20 years of experience as a service tech and an installer, I have installed systems in numerous businesses across the country including Target, Marshall Fields, State Farm Insurance, All State Insurance, Farmers Insurance, Starbucks, Graybar, ect..
I provide a complete array of computer services including, but not limited to, hardware and software installations, diagnostics, repairs, data retrieval, software issues, virus and malware checks and repairs, and peripheral (printers, scanner, camera, etc.) communication issues.
I also have over 10 years of experience installing Home theater equipment (TV Wall Mounts, In-ceiling and In-wall speakers, Projectors, Audio equipment, ect...) I have done countless numbers of new house wirings, as well as retro work.
I pride myself on providing the best customer service and satisfaction. I love what I do and try to make the customer feel at ease with whatever issues they are dealing with.

We recently finished our basement and hired Rick to handle all of our AV needs. He installed our surround sound system, installed the tv mount and set up our 70 inch tv over our stone fireplace as well as another tv in our bar area, recommended the various components we needed to have a truly professional setup and then installed everything, and even programmed our remote and taught us all how to use it (not an easy job when dealing with someone non tech savvy like me!). He was extremely professional and patient with my many questions. He went above and beyond to seek out quality products while also keeping our budget in mind, and even made a special trip out to our house so that he could meet with the Comcast technician to ensure all of our new cable boxes, DVRs and internet were set up correctly. He followed up several times after the job was complete to make sure everything was working correctly and to answer any additional questions we had. I would definitely use Rick again for any future jobs we have and highly recommend him to others!
