Introduction: I am one of the only boarding facilities that specializes in kitties only. I have an amazing facility that stands above all others in a country setting. But most of all I truly love what I do. I have always been a cat lover and this work allows me to take care of and play with kitties everyday. I love getting to know each one, every kittiy is different. One of my favorite things is doing a 'photo session' with them and being able to send a photo to the family while they are away so they can see how their kitty is doing. If it is an extended stay (over 30 days) I love to do a weekly 'photo session'. I know how much people miss their loved feline and want to bring a smile to their face and also to let them know that their kitty is doing great and is safe and happy!

We have just returned from vacation, and as usual, we picked up our cat, Miss Molly from Just Cats. We had been gone quite a long time, but Miss Molly just stretched when we got home, checked out her food and litter box and stepped right back in to her normal routine, no stressed out kitty. We have been taking Miss Molly to Deanne ever since she was a kitten, over ten years now. Although it is now quite a drive down to Just Cats, we used to live a lot closer, Deanna takes such good care of our cat, why mess with success? Deanna is now part of Miss Molly's family, and at Just Cats, her "vacation home", we know she will be taken good care of. Thanks Deanna, J & M.

We have been bringing our cat Zoie, to Just Cats for 2 years. We had had a bad experience with a large commercial kennel and were apprehensive about bringing Zoie to Just Cats. But once we met Deanna, we knew we had found a wonderful and safe place for our cat to stay while we were away. Zoie now considers Just Cats his home away from home and has made new friends. Deanna has a great rapport with the kitties and she truly adores them. She has a clean and safe environment and goes out of her way to make all the kitties feel comfortable and loved. My cat gets to socialize with both nice cats and humans (Deanna😊) when he visits Just Cats. Deanna is very organized and flexible. Great to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I offer daily rates and the rate depends on the size condo you choose for your kitty. I offer 2 and 4 level condos. A 2 level condo is great for 1 kitty and very spacious. A 4 level is great for 1 kitty with more play room inside the condo or for 2 kitties where each will have their own bed. Also, I offer LONG TERM BOARDING and offer a discount for any stays over 30 days. (credit card required)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way is to call so we can have a conversation on the phone and I can answer any questions you might have. Also, I welcome new customers to come for a tour so you can see where your kitty (s) will be staying.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years of experience taking care of kitties and have learned a lot through those years.
