Had Aaron build our home. He took care and made sure all our needs were met. Even with the price hike of materials between the time we got the quote and the time we finished the home he did his best to keep the cost low. There were a few unforeseen issues that came up with his crew but he worked through it in a very professional manner.

My first and only experience with Thumbtack is a memorable one. The lesson I learned from this experience is don't use Thumbtack and to share my experience with anyone considering Thumbtack and advise them to look for other options finding professional services. October 2015, Thumbtack recommended Quality Carpentry & Installations, LLC for my concrete resurfacing job. On October 13, 2015, Aaron evaluated and quoted the job. On October 17, I met with Aaron at another job location and saw an example of his work. I was happy with his work and hired him. Thumbtack sent me other possible contractors for the job, and Aaron told me to post that I hired him to stop the Thumbtack referrals from continuing. We communicated through text for nearly a year, with many different reasons for delays in performing the job. During that year, I expressed my frustration with Aaron and at one point he texted me "the wait will be worth it my friend". August 20, 2016 Aaron texted me that he could not do the job, and referred an old friend. The complete text conversation 10/15 - 8/16 is available upon request.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some work pricing is depending on complication of work, travel distance, and weather or not you will be a repeat customer. Repeat customers get the best deals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them, see the project, discuss their ideas and present realistic options on how I can help. When the customer decides to hire us we collect 100% material cost plus 50% labor upfront and begin immediately. Percentage Payment will follow as progress is made till finished while 10 percent Payment is withheld until the customer is completely satisfied with our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of the work i do ive been trained by profesionals of over 40 years experience. Some work ive been certified to do through classes but Learning comes with the job. Sometimes we do work we've never done before.
