That the estimates are just that a estimate. When we sign a contract it will have the final price on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide a estimate prior to meeting the customer. Provide a final price upon looking at site. Have the customer sign a contract prior to starting project. Obtain retainer if required. Provide customer with invoice upon completion. Payment expected promptly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of on the job training. By professionals that have been in the trade for 40 plus years.
