Shawn and his crew are true pros. They did a great job removing and replacing my driveway and walkway. The job was done quickly, efficiently and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was 100% right. I would highly recommend Southside for any concrete work.

Southside General Contracting will be my concrete professionals from here on out. I know a lot of people read reviews, I hope mine helps. These gentlemen are PROFESSIONALS!! Showed up 30 minutes after I called them, gave me a bid and started two days later.
The simplest way I could put it is, they did what they said they were going to do in terms of the contract.

Awesome job! Highly recommend them to anybody that wants a job done quickly and with a high quality of workmanship. The job they performed consisted of filling in an above ground pool area grading the area. They replaced a pier on the deck and re-leveled the deck. Throughout the entire job they were very conscientious and maintained a clean work area and made sure everything was safe. Highly recommend them to anybody that needs this type of work they’re awesome!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That the estimates are just that a estimate. When we sign a contract it will have the final price on the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide a estimate prior to meeting the customer. Provide a final price upon looking at site. Have the customer sign a contract prior to starting project. Obtain retainer if required. Provide customer with invoice upon completion. Payment expected promptly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of on the job training. By professionals that have been in the trade for 40 plus years.
