If maintenance is an issue for you, we can customize a program that will fit your needs. We service all In-ground Pools, Equipment Upgrades, Liner Swaps, Heater Repair, Filter and Sand changes, Salt Cell installations, Free Computer Water Testing, Sonar and Camera scoping. Our service department also handles scheduled maintenance for any of your Pool & Spa needs. We have a full line of Pool & Spa Chemicals & accessories. Need a new Pool or Spa Cover, contact us to come and measure your cover. Our cover program includes coming out and measuring, delivering, installing and disposing of the old cover. We have 3 full time service technicians, complete delivery crew, service manager and an office manager to assist you. Our prices are competitive and fair. Overall, they did a good job. There were a couple delays due to internal scheduling issues. But they got it done before other companies were even able to come out and assess the problem. So I give them credit for that. Pretty easy to work with.

The man was very friendly and knowledgeable and figured out what the issue was. Unfortunately it cost me 115 dollars to figure out I have to spend 700 more to get my hot tub working which in my eyes is a little over priced but they are the only place that answered my call and got to me within a day. I was happy to finally figure it out and hopefully soon will be hiring them to finish the job so I can enjoy my hot tub!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customers require us to do an onsite inspection @ $95 for the first 30 mins. This can also include any repair if diagnosis is immediate. Parts are not included and additional return trips or current trip over 30 mins is billed at $75/hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us thru many methods, (online, local advertising, word of mouth, etc). Our office manager will take all the input calls and direct the customer to the appropriate department, (Pool [Inground and Above Groung], Spa [Portable, Indoors, Pool attached, Swim Spa], Service, Delivery, Storage, or Disposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Service technicians have attended Pool and Spa Manufacturer provided classes. !4 years in the business also helps with ongoing inhouse training.
