Rich was so helpful and gave us a preliminary estimate on the spot so that we'd have an idea of what the cost would be before giving us our actual bid, which we received only a couple days later. He made us feel comfortable and was very easy to talk to, and he gave us great suggestions on the design of our backyard. We told him we wanted to stick to a certain budget, and he was very conscientious of that and sent us two different bids outlining the pertinent things we wanted to get done and the things we could put off for the future. It was nice because we had an idea of what the not-so-pertinent things would cost us in the future should we do them later on.
Rich truly takes pride in his work, and he and his team worked hard to give us the backyard we've always wanted. They truly did an amazing job. We can't wait to start enjoying their work for years to come!
