Online Training Packages: All online training packages include the following: * 30-minute phone consultation * Nutrition plan * Workout plan * Cardio plan * Supplement plan * New Start: $250 Note: This is available for first-time clients only. - 3-month plan - Weekly check-ins - Weekly e-mail consultations * Lifestyle Transformation: $350 - 3-month plan ($75 for each additional month) - Unlimited check-ins - Unlimited e-mail consultations * Competition Prep: $500 - 12-week plan ($50 for each additional week) - Phone consultations on the week of the show - Guidance during the show - Unlimited check-ins - Unlimited e-mail consultations Training Sessions at Metro Personal Training Studio (Located in Clayton): All studio training packages include the following: * 30-minute fitness consultation (before the first training session) * One-hour training sessions * Guidance for training on your own (if you desire) * Guidance for improving your nutrition (if you desire) Special offers for first-time clients: * 5 sessions $275 ($55 each) * 10 sessions $500 ($50 each) Sessions for one person: * 5 sessions $325 ($65 each) * 10 sessions $600 ($60 each) * 15 sessions $825 ($55 each) Sessions for two people: * 5 sessions $400 ($80 each) * 10 sessions $750 ($75 each) * 15 sessions $1,050 ($70 each) Note: Individual sessions are available in certain instances.
